I have been the Director of Boxboro Children Center since June 2014. I have a degree in Early Childhood and have been working in the field for sixteen years. I strongly believe that children learn through play and if we create a love for learning now it will last a lifetime!
Wendy Steinhaus started working at BCC in 2006. She is lead teacher qualified with an Associates degree from Middlesex College. Wendy works in the Butterfly Room in the mornings and cares for both Butterflies and Dragonflies in the afternoon. Prior to employment at BCC Wendy worked at Community teamwork in Lowell.
Sharon Dalli...graduated from Minuteman Tech with an Early Childhood degree. She began working for BCC in 1993 and worked off and on for almost twenty years before joining the staff with regular hours in January of 2010.
Shari currently resides in Stow with husband and three sons.
Nancy graduated from Marietta College in Ohio with a degree in psychology along with graduate classes at Bridgewater University. She has been nurturing, teaching, learning from and having fun with Preschoolers since 1986. Nancy is our dragonfly teacher who enjoys the children's sense of wonder and positive attitudes. Things that adults find annoying such as dandelions, mud etc.. are interesting and fun to a Preschooler.
Susan Shaw has been working in childcare since 2005. She has worked with all different age groups, infants, toddlers and preschoolers. Sue is a Toddler teacher who resides in Groton with her husband. She has three grown children and a beautiful granddaughter. She truly enjoys working with children, seeing the delight in their faces as they accomplish something new and their enthusiasm for life!
Cynthia Griffin has been working with children for over 30 years. At first, owning her own home daycare and then more recently working as a nanny. Cyndi is our Toddler teacher, who loves spending time with her children and grandchildren. She loves to be surrounded by the joy and wonder that our little ones discover everyday in play.
